IET Copyright form can be downloaded here. Please fill in your paper title on “Content” column and request the lead author to sign the form. Kindly send the form to the secretariat via email iceta.iet@gmail.com by September 10. Each paper should be accompanied by only one copyright form.
Please take notice that the 2-Page Final Paper should be submitted on the system by September 10, 2024. Kindly login your account on EasyChair (https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=ieticeta2024) to UPDATE your paper on the system.
The registration form (https://forms.gle/D4rxGbXjWzxyrKsV9) is now open. Each paper should be registered with Full Registration Rate. Any paper without registration will be withdrawn automatically. Please fill in the registration form by September 10. The secretariat will send you a credit card payment link in mid-September.
With all your cooperation, the presentation schedule will be announced before late September.
Paper Submission Guideline
The IET ICETA 2024 proceedings will be published in IET Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex.
Authors are invited to submit 2-page technical papers presenting original, unpublished research, not currently under review elsewhere.
All submissions should be 2 pages, written in English with a maximum length of 2 single-spaced, double-column pages using 10pt size fonts on A4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
All paper submission will be electronic, in PDF format, through EasyChair.
You can download the template here. Please note that IET ICETA 2024 only accepts 2-page papers. The template is only for your reference. When submitting the review paper, you don’t need to use PDF eXpress.
Authors can choose different topics for each paper.
Authors can choose either oral or poster presentation. The organizer reserves the right to change the presentation type.
